Soft skills are the human capabilities that decide how effective you are with other people — communication, leadership presence, giving and receiving feedback, influence, handling conflict and managing yourself under pressure. They're absolutely coachable. Unlike a personality trait, a skill is a behaviour you can name, practise and improve. Our whole method is built on deliberate practice: we isolate the specific behaviour, rehearse it against your real situations, and refine it with feedback until it becomes natural.

Our individual clients range from early-career professionals preparing for their first promotion to senior leaders refining their executive presence. On the organisational side we work with people and L&D teams at startups, scale-ups and established firms — usually on manager development, communication intensives or custom curriculum design. If you're serious about growth and willing to practise, you're our kind of client.

Both. The majority of our one-to-one coaching happens over video, which keeps things flexible and lets us work with clients across the UK and Europe. For team programmes and workshops we run in-person sessions at your offices or a London venue, and we also deliver hybrid cohorts. We'll recommend the format that best fits your goals and logistics during the discovery call.

Most clients notice a shift within the first three to four sessions — usually in confidence and in how they handle one specific recurring situation. Durable change in a meaningful skill typically takes our full 12-week arc, because behaviour change needs repetition across real contexts. We set clear milestones at the start so progress is visible, not just felt.

Individual coaching starts at £190 per session, and our flagship 12-week programme is £1,450, which includes bi-weekly sessions, a bespoke growth plan and progress measurement. Team engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call so we can recommend the right option before anyone commits to anything. You'll find full details on our Services page.

Yes — it's one of our core services. We design workshops, micro-courses, onboarding journeys, playbooks and full curricula. Everything is built around applied learning principles so people actually complete and use it, rather than skimming a slide deck once and forgetting it. We can work from your existing material or build from a blank page.

Three things. First, we work from your real context — your meetings, your team, your ambitions — never a generic case study. Second, we prioritise practice over theory: every session ends with something you'll use the next day. Third, we measure outcomes, defining what good looks like up front and checking we got there. The result is behaviour change that holds up under pressure, not a certificate that gathers dust.

That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk honestly about your goals, and if we don't think we're the best people to help, we'll tell you — and where we can, point you somewhere better. We'd rather start a relationship with honesty than sell a programme that won't serve you.
