Who we are

We're a studio for
people who refuse
to plateau.

Polyglotwise was founded on a simple frustration: technical skill gets you in the door, but human skill is what carries you. We exist to close that gap — with coaching and learning that respects your time and your intelligence.

Our story

Started in 2017. Still obsessed with the same question.

What actually helps a person grow? We began as two coaches running evening workshops above a Bloomsbury café. Eight years later we're a small, senior team of coaches, learning designers and facilitators — but the obsession hasn't changed. We design every programme to answer that one question, for one person at a time.

No mass webinars. No recycled slides. Just deliberate, measured growth that holds up in the room when it counts.

What we believe

Five principles we won't compromise on.

These aren't poster slogans — they decide how we design every session and who we choose to work with.

01 — Practice

Growth lives in the reps

Insight is cheap. We build programmes around deliberate practice, because skill is a thing you do, not a thing you know.

02 — Honesty

Kind, but never vague

Real feedback is a gift. We tell you what's working and what isn't, clearly, so you can actually move.

03 — Relevance

Your context, not a template

We coach against your real meetings, your real team, your real ambitions — never a generic case study.

04 — Measurement

If it matters, we track it

Confidence, capability, outcomes. We define what good looks like up front and check we got there.

05 — Humanity

People before performance

Careers are personal. We hold the whole person in the room, not just the KPI attached to them.

— in short

Senior coaching, no fluff

Every engagement is led by a practitioner with a decade-plus of real experience. You won't be handed to a junior.

The people

A small, senior team.

You'll work directly with the people who designed your programme — no hand-offs, no churn.
